Changed your mind? We got you. Returns are accepted on unopened Armus shipments within 15 calendar days of the delivery date.
Damaged shipments must be reported to us with photos within 5 calendar days after receipt.
Please submit a request here. We’ll follow up shortly to provide return instructions.


A few things to keep in mind before submitting a return request:

  • ARMUS will only accept packages that have an RMA number written on the outside of the package.
  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original container, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it.
  • Containers must be sealed and unopened.
  • Please ship your product back in its original box, packed with the same care with which it was shipped to you.
  • A 10% processing fee will be applied.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs if you choose to return your product.
  • Once your return is processed at our warehouse, you can expect a refund to your method of payment within 3–5 business days.
  • During that time, Hull Pro needs to be stored according to the TDS sheet in a climate controlled environment.
  • Refunds will only be processed upon receipt and inspection of goods.
  • If vacuum seal bags open during transit, they must be resealed prior to return shipping to Armus.
  • Returns must arrive without damage or leaking.
  • You can request a return label — we’ll deduct the shipping cost from your refund and provide you with the label.
  • Or, you can create your own shipping label after your return request is approved and an RMA is issued.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON RECEIPT AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will process a refund.
Then, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return or exchange, and let you know if the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
